Computational Design-Drafting in Rhino 8

In this overview, we will briefly highlight some of the key new capabilities in Rhino including: ShrinkWrap for mesh & nurb creation, enhanced Blocks management, fillets for surfaces, sharpening SubD edges, Boolean operations on meshes, improved Push/Pull workflow, the Gumball widget, upgrades to Layers, Linetypes, clipping planes and section views, dynamic vector graphics, UV mapped textures, native procedurals, and UI updates like the new Script Editor. We'll touch on how these features can help with tasks like modeling, documentation and visualization.

The majority of this session will focus on a data-driven workflow in Grasshopper utilizing the new Grasshopper components for Rhino. We will work through an Architectural modeling example to demonstrate how these tools can be used together.
